Mr Matthew Baker holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Vanderbilt University. Mr. Baker will be based at the National Library of Ireland and the University College Dublin Library, where he will be researching Easter Rising, the Irish War of Independence, and the Troubles, and writing a novel titled The Governed.
