Ms Rosemary Hennigan graduated with an LL.B. from Trinity College Dublin and has since qualified as a solicitor with McCann FitzGerald. As a Fulbright Student Awardee, Rosemary will complete an LLM at the University of Pennsylvania where she intends to focus her studies on public oversight measures and the use of parliamentary committees in the US political system.
