Dr Paul Kosempel is currently Director and Teaching Professor of leadership studies at the University of Denver. In this position, Paul oversees undergraduate leadership studies programs for students drawing from all majors across the university.

Paul tirelessly pursues impactful learning interventions in his teaching and has presented at multiple conferences on learning outcomes in leadership education, and written on sustainability leadership. He has been highly engaged in the International Leadership Association; serving most recently as Co-convenor of the Sustainability Learning Community.

For his Fulbright award, Paul is at Technological University of Dublin, where he is examining the impact of intentional emergence pedagogy in undergraduate business modules. He is teaching/co-teaching multiple modules, guest lecturing, consulting on curriculum development, and developing a Collaborative Online International Learning course. Although technically not part of his Fulbright project, he is especially excited about volunteering to facilitate a youth leadership program at the local Gaelic Athletic Association club.
