Leslie E. Palich is Professor of Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation and the W.A. Mays Professor of Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management at Baylor University in Waco, Texas. He is also a 2022-2023 Fulbright Scholar at Dublin City University, conducting research on the impact of the ethical attitudes of entrepreneurs and small business owners on venture performance and employee well-being. This investigation builds on his work as coauthor of a leading textbook on small business management and his research on entrepreneurship, strategic management, and international business that has been published in numerous academic journals. In addition, it extends his international experience as a program director in several countries across Europe and in Latin America, as well as his appointment as visiting professor at the Centre Franco-Americain de Management International, Institute d’Administration des Enterprises de Caen at the University of Caen in France.
