Lisa Nic an Bhreithimh has a BA in Nua-Ghaeilge and Philosophy from Trinity College Dublin and an MA in Media Studies through Irish from University College Dublin. She has taught Irish at TCD, UCD, Maynooth University and DIT. She worked as Awards Manager in the Fulbright Commission in Ireland for two years and is now a board member of the Irish Fulbright Alumni Association. She currently works on Award Administration / Development and Communications with the National University of Ireland and presents an Irish language radio show on Raidió na Life which was inspired by her time in the U.S. She was a Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant in the University of Connecticut.
