Justin graduated from Virginia Tech in the spring of 2022 with a B.S. in biomedical engineering. While at Virginia Tech, he conducted research in areas such as psychophysiology and wearable technology development which have led him to continue research within biomedical engineering. Through the Fulbright-RCSI award, he will be joining the four-year StAR PhD programme at RCSI in Dublin. Justin will work with Padraic Dunne as his primary advisor in the Centre for Positive Psychology and Health where he will fabricate and implement wearable sensors and mobile applications to assist wellness coaches working with high school students and teachers in Dublin and abroad.
