Professor Kimberly Thomas is a clinical professor at the University of Michigan Law School in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and co-director of the Juvenile Justice Clinic.  During her Fulbright Award to the School of Law at University College Cork, she will co-teach the graduate Juvenile Justice course and conduct research on provisions of Ireland’s Children Act 2001.
