Professor Kathleen Manning taught in the Higher Education and Student Affairs graduate program at the University of Vermont for 25 years prior to her retirement in 2014. Her professional interests include social justice, international higher education, leadership, and organizational theory. During her Fulbright at UCC, she will present seminars and workshops on resilience in global higher education. She will research the initiatives taken by UCC and other Irish universities to be resilient regarding the transformations effecting higher education institutions in Ireland and internationally.
