John has over 35 years of experience in strategic and financial management, business development and mergers & acquisitions in media & entertainment, technology, financial services and non-profits. Companies where he has worked include Warner Bros., the London Stock Exchange, Oliver Wyman, GE Capital and McKinsey & Co.

He is a Director & Trustee of Making History Ltd., a UK-based charity that enables schoolchildren to research their family histories and to produce short films based on some aspect of they discovered. He is also co-Founder of CoderDojo South Bay, a volunteer-led coding club for kids in Los Angeles.

A Fulbright scholar, John has an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of Business. John also holds a Bachelor of Computer Engineering degree from Trinity College, Dublin and he jointly holds several patents in the media and technology space.
