Professor Stephen Daly teaches geology and carries out research at UCD School of Earth Sciences at University College Dublin. He is also Director of the National Centre for Isotope Geochemistry at UCD and as such is one of the co-leaders of the iCRAG (Irish Centre for Research in Applied Geosciences: icrag-centre.org) Geochemistry Platform. Stephen’s research interests include the tectonic history of the lower crust, geochemical aspects of geothermal energy and the application of isotope geochemical methods to sedimentary provenance, igneous petrogenesis and the sources of base metal ores.
