Mr Fergal Rafferty completed a B.Ed in 2013 and is currently an M.A. candidate in Irish Medium Education at St. Mary’s University College, Belfast while also working as a primary school teacher in the city. He will be the first FLTA at Davidson County Community College, North Carolina.
