Dr. George Dierberger is an Associate Professor at Augsburg University, Minneapolis, Minnesota. His teaching areas of expertise include innovation, entrepreneurship, leadership, organizational development, change management, international business and strategic management. Research interests primarily focus on the scholarship of entrepreneurship, innovation, and leadership. Dr Dierberger has directed over 150 MBA field projects over the past 16 years. The field projects include writing strategic plans for Fortune 500 companies, Mayo Clinic, entrepreneurs and non-profits.

Dr. Dierberger’s Fulbright research will focus on entrepreneurship and innovation at the Atlantic Technology University in Letterkenney, Ireland. He will explore partnership opportunities with USA based medical companies and a relationship with the university. He will also guest lecture, and help with internship opportunities for undergraduate students.

Dr. Dierberger spent 25 years in a variety of leadership positions at a Fortune 100 company and continues to consult for entrepreneurial organizations. E-mail: dierberg@augsburg.edu
