Dr Cynthia Luna Scott is a Fulbright Scholar Awardee from Colorado. Dr. Scott is a two-time U.S. Fulbright Scholar and will go to the National University of Ireland, Galway, where her research will focus on building capacity for inclusive education in Ireland through exploring fundamental changes in the dimensions of learning and teaching in the digital age.
