Dr Craig Crossley is an associate professor of Management at the University of Central Florida. His current research focuses on the bottom-line impact of ethics and trust in corporate settings. At Dublin City University, and in association with the Enterprise Ireland Go Global for Growth initiative, he will help manage a multi-national research team striving to help Irish Small and Medium Enterprises to navigate the challenging globalization process.
