Dr Clarence D. Kreiter is a Professor at the University of Iowa and specializes in measurement and statistics related to quantitative psychology. He serves on a number of editorial journal boards and publishes on topics related to innovative cognitive and clinical skill assessment, statistical selection, research design, simulation scoring, Bayesian reasoning, reliability, generalizability theory, and validity generalization. He consults on research design and statistical methods, and teaches two graduate level courses on measurement and assessment in medical education. He will go to the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland to work on research related to medical simulation.
