Dr Charles Wood is an Associate Professor at the University of Tulsa and specializes in marketing, innovation, buyer behaviour, and advertising. He will be working with the Dublin City University Business School faculty to conduct research comparing three cognitive theories designed to improve interpersonal listening, empathy, and comprehension.
