Anna Moynihan is this year’s recipient of the Fulbright – Teagasc Award in Agriculture. Anna is a PhD candidate in Food Chemistry in University College Cork. She will research the use of nanoparticles to improve the flavour and texture of low-fat cheddar cheese at the University of Wisconsin.
