Anjali Chaudhry is a Professor of Management and Chair of Management, Marketing, and International Business department in Dominican University, River Forest, IL, USA. Her academic background is eclectic, with Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior, an M.A. in Organizational Psychology and Counseling, and a B.A. in Economics. Her research, focusing on employeesa€™ exchange relationships in the context of change and uncertainty, has been published in a variety of outlets, including Harvard Business Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Applied Behavioral Science, and Journal of Leadership and Organization Studies. She teaches management courses including international management, managing diversity, and sustainability in business. She is certified as a Climate Ambassador from MIT-Sloan and Climate-Interactive.
Anjalia€™s Fulbright Scholar Award will be hosted by the University College Cork where she will assist in teaching, research, and program enhancement in the area of sustainability. She will work on developing partnerships with organizations and other universities based on to bring about awareness and action for addressing the grand challenges of our time.
