Dr Catherine O’Rourke is Senior Lecturer in Human Rights and International Law and Gender Research Coordinator at the Transitional Justice Institute, Ulster University. As a Fulbright Scholar, she will be hosted by the Human Rights Program of the Institute for Global Studies at the University of Minnesota, where she will advance a monograph on international law norms for gender equality and their interface with domestic peacebuilding.
