At the invitation of the Keogh-Naughton Notre Dame Centre in the O’Connell House on Merrion Square, members of the Fulbright family were pleased to attend the launch of Bruce Nelson’s new book, Irish Nationalists and the Making of the Irish Race.

Officially launched by Booker-prize nominee Seamus Deane, the event was attended by artists, academics, students, and current Fulbrighters. One of our current Fulbrighters, Dr. Shannon Chance, wrote up her experience at the event on her blog, Ireland by Chance.
