Interested applicants should submit the following to the Fulbright Commission on line and in hard copy:

• A letter of reference from the applicant’s current language instructor outlining the applicant’s instruction / proficiency to date and how the summer program will be of benefit.  This letter should be sent directly by post to Ms. Sonya McGuinness, Program Manager Fulbright Commission, Brooklawn House, Shelbourne Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, Ireland by the instructor or included in a sealed / signed envelope with the applicant’s postal application.  Letters of reference must reach Ms. Sonya McGuinness, Program Manager Fulbright Commission, Brooklawn House, Shelbourne Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, Ireland by the closing date.
• An original academic transcript.
