GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test):

  • If you are interested in pursuing a Master's in Business Administration (M.B.A.) in the US, you must take the GMAT. Test-takers will complete three sections: Analytical Writing (30 minutes), Quantitative (75 minutes) and Verbal Section (75 minutes).

LSAT (Law School Admission Test):

  • If you are interested in pursuing a law degree (J.D.), you will likely be required to take the LSAT. The LSAT is required by most J.D. degree programmes, but not L.L.M. (Master's in Law) programmes which often require the GRE. The test consists of five 35-minute sections of multiple-choice questions that measures critical thinking, reasoning, logic and reading comprehension skills.
  • The LSAT is offered in June, September and December. You may register and pay the appropriate fees on the LSAT website.

MCAT (Medical College Admission Test):

  • The MCAT is required for entrance to most M.D. programmes. The computer-based exam is approximately four and half hours and includes four sections: Physical Sciences, Verbal Reasoning, Writing Sample, and Biological Sciences.
  • For the best chance at registering for your preferred test date or location, you should register and pay the appropriate fees on the MCAT website no fewer than 60 days in advance of the exam day. The official deadline is fourteen calendar days before the testing date and the closest test is administered in London.
