Colleen Dube, Executive Director
Born in Connecticut in the US, Colleen Dube received a Bachelor of Arts (magna cum laude) in American Studies and Art History from Drew University in Madison, New Jersey.  In May 1990 she relocated to Ireland.  She received a Masters in Philosophy (Hons.) in Irish Studies from National University Ireland Galway in 1994 and a Masters (Hons.) in Business Administration from the Michael Smurfit School of Business in University College Dublin in 2005.

Colleen has held various posts in the public and private sectors in Ireland in the fields of heritage and cultural, education and urban regeneration.  Most recently, Colleen was Liaison Officer with the RAPID (Revitalising Areas by Planning, Investment and Development) Programme which is an Irish Government initiative to target the 45 most concentrated areas of disadvantage in the country through prioritised investment and integrated public service delivery. Colleen was appointed Executive Director in September 2006.

Marianne Doyle, Communications and Information Officer
Marianne Doyle is the Commission’s Communications and Information Officer having previously been the Commission’s Administrator. She holds a MA in Public Relations from the Dublin Institute of Technology and a BA in Russian and German from Trinity College. Marianne also spent time studying at Christian Albrechts University in Kiel, Germany, Gorky Literary Institute in Moscow, Russia and The University of Warsaw in Poland. Prior to joining the Fulbright Commission team, Marianne worked in the Office of Public Diplomacy at the US Embassy, Dublin.

Sonya McGuinness, Program Manager & EducationUSA Advisor

Sonya McGuinness joined the Commission in 2002.  She was appointed Program Manager in May 2006 and is currently the EducationUSA Advisor providing information and advice on educational opportunities in the US and is also Program Manager. Sonya has a BA Hons from University College Dublin 1996 and an HDip in Business and Information Technology 1997 from Michael Smurfit School of Business. Previously Sonya worked in the National College of Ireland.
